Not the official website

Fried Chicken Survey Guide is an independent informational website. We are not the official survey website of KFC or any other restaurant, store, or brand mentioned here, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. The official KFC survey is hosted on KFC's own survey website, and our guides link directly to it.

Trademarks

All brand names, trademarks, service marks, and logos mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the survey being described (nominative fair use). No endorsement is implied.

Accuracy of information

Survey rewards, offers, rules, and website addresses change from time to time and can vary by location and promotion period. While we work hard to keep our guides accurate and up to date, we make no guarantee that the information is complete, current, or error-free. The offer and terms printed on your own receipt are always the final authority.

No responsibility for rewards

We cannot issue rewards, fix survey errors, or access your survey entries. If a survey website is down, your code is rejected, or a reward is not honored, please contact KFC customer service directly.

MyKFCExperience: How to Take the KFC Survey Step by Step

Image
If your KFC receipt has a survey invitation printed on it, you can turn it into a reward on your next visit. The KFC customer satisfaction survey at www.mykfcexperience.com takes about 3-5 minutes, and at the end you get a validation code that unlocks the offer printed on your receipt. Here is exactly how it works. What is MyKFCExperience? MyKFCExperience is the official KFC customer satisfaction survey for the United States. The reward is not chosen by the survey - it is printed on your receipt before you even start. Look at the survey invitation section of your receipt and you will see the exact offer. Depending on the location and promotion, it is usually a free item, a buy-one-get-one deal, or a discount on your next order. Offers v...

Overall satisfaction, what you ordered, how accurate and fresh the food was, how fast the service was, and how the staff treated you. Most are quick rating questions with one comment box. What do I get at the end? A validation code linked...

Want to take the KFC survey but your receipt has no survey code printed on it? Do not throw the receipt away - the official MyKFCExperience site has a second way in. Here is how it works. Note: Fried Chicken Survey Guide is an independent guide and is not affiliated with or endorsed by KFC. We link only to the official survey page. Survey steps and offers can change, so always follow the current instructions on the official site. What if your receipt has no survey code? On the official survey page at mykfcexperience.com , right under the survey code box there is a link that says "If you do not have a survey code printed on your receipt, click here." That link opens an alternate form where you enter other receipt details instead. What details does the alternate form ask for? Store number - printed near the top of your KFC receipt. Date of your visit. Time of your visit. Enter them exactly as printed, and you reach the same survey questions as everyone else. Why...
