On the official survey page at mykfcexperience.com, right under the survey code box there is a link that says "If you do not have a survey code printed on your receipt, click here." That link opens an alternate form where you enter other receipt details instead.

What details does the alternate form ask for?

  • Store number - printed near the top of your KFC receipt.
  • Date of your visit.
  • Time of your visit.

Enter them exactly as printed, and you reach the same survey questions as everyone else.
